To develop aware, responsible semiskilled technocrats for the industry   is the endeavor of the Industrial Training Institutes. In ITI Jogindernagar, this transformation of Young school pass outs is achieved by dedicated and proficient instructors with a multi pronged approach. First we develop curiosity about technology among these trainees and after achieving this, trainee centric methodology emphasizing on systematic shift from conventional learning to Experiment/project based learning augmented by Innovative thinking and inquiry is adopted to build on their technical acumen.Beside rigorous scholastic programs, we seek to develop and nurture the different facets of a child. From academic to dance, theatre, music and a variety of sports, we focus on developing both, the mental and the physical abilities of the trainees. The activities provide holistic grooming wherein the trainee is able to explore his true potential. Besides the usual procedural teaching, we persistently upgrade and update our teaching tools and techniques. From interactive teaching methods to a healthy trainee-trainer relationship, we work around making studies as effortless as possible
